The Director of Finance Aid is responsible for all financial aid packaging for new and continuing online students.

Client:
Regionally accredited small on-campus college wants to build an online operation.

Location:
Northeastern USA

Responsibilities:

• Supervises the accurate dissemination of financial aid information to prospective students.
• Supervises the packaging of online students.
• Assists with management of account receivables and collection activities.
• Screens, interviews and hires employees.
• Guides employees and oversees their work to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, and the guidelines of government and accrediting organizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of financial aid and finance systems.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

Salary:
Commensurate with experience
