Advocate Staffing is looking for a Manager of Military Billing and Employer Tuition Reimbursement.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing and serving as a resource for the Military/Veteran Tuition Payment Program by ensuring that the correct rates are assessed, accurately posting payments, and assisting with questions related to Military/Veteran tuition benefits.
- Managing and executing Deferred Tuition/Employer Reimbursement Payment Program by ensuring student eligibility, creating payment schedules, submitting invoices and processing payments.
- Monitor unpaid account balances and apply financial holds as prescribed by management.
- Providing superior student support for adult learners.
Required:
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
- 3 - 5 years experience in auditing, accounting, and finance or business management and administration.
- Military billing expertise within a higher education institution
Salary:
$40,000 - $50,000
